Ms.Maha the owner of “District M” agency .she attended with her team and I think it is was a great way to show how well the team is connected and strong so they came to support her. She talks in this an hour about how she opens her own business. On other words her career path. She focused on how important a self-learning is and trying something new I felt her passion who leads her to found and make her dreams come true. The students were able to ask her at the ends of her talk to enhance them understand all staff (digital marketing and other things). I decide to try anything until I found my passion just like her.
First of all, I was surprised because I do not expect her to talk will be about her life and career path but it was good because she shares all of the things we like a students need to hear .starts with her lost and how she studies computer information system just to approve to herself that she can do anything and I think she makes anything she afraid of to put it like challenge to make it easy for her to do.it so difficult phase I felt it when I in high school but the way when you trying to found your self or your passion you will earn a lot of lessons and new people maybe they will be the key to opportunities and of course will take experience. Then, were the challenges she faced (1) is shifting her career and I think because she does not find herself until trying everything available to discover her passion. When she starts marketing communication then fashion marketing it is all about marketing, she also works in an agency in London.it is hard because you need new vision when you are starting new course or new job it deboned on your conditions. The biggest, in my opinion, is when she said ‘Being a girl in this domain’ the problem the girls face when they decided to start new things or new work, they should be confident and focus on their goals to achieve it even if there are binderies sometimes their family or their condition in general. But I like that she outrun from this problem and she builds her business after all that. I want to mention some interesting information about digital marketing.
here a short video explaining what the digital marketing means.

all of us know how the internet change life and make it easy and we all agree there are advantages and disadvantages of it but in this blog will share the advantages, especially in business. Because of the internet we found what is called digital marketing which includes marketing but with using internet and it focuses on the customer what they say or what they want on other words, their comments and build relationship with customer.it is more interactively than the traditional marketing and the way of using internet is also change because people write their opinions on their accounts so it makes it hard for companies to be always updating and connect with your customer.
what is Digital Marketing?
is the way that you show or promoting your business (product or service) on the internet by using an online platform such as Google or social media like twitter and snapchat and the last way is Apps which include (google play or store). which way may choose it depends on where are your audience and you can use them both.
The major digital channels:
Owned media: the site that you create for your business to become the mirror of your brand you should update and maintain your site .so people able to interact with your brand.
Earned media:
the word of mouth, that the customer shares their opinion and their feels about the brands.it is advertising on free applications and the advantage here you will access to all out of users to promote your brand.such as twitter or youtup..etc.
Paid media:
the media that you need to pay for earning. There are so many examples because even the people they use traditional marketing they pay for it. Such as print advertising, television commercials, display ads, and Facebook ads.
While more companies began shifting ad spend online in 2010, direct marketing campaigns for telecom and other networking services continue to dominate ad impressions • Interactive/Rich Media display ads increased moderately compared to static ads (mostly due to Facebook’s static model).
Recent Trends and Growth: Online Advertising
You need platforms to create your own digital marketing:
By 2004 web 1.0 became web 2.0 and saw the introduction of numerous social platforms such as WordPress, Linkedin, Digg, Skype, Gmail.
when I search about the most platforms that entrepreneurship love i found the most frequent name is Facebook because they said itis very granular targeting to find your ideal target market. Plus, Facebook is constantly making improvements to have a better user experience. and here Jean Ginzburg.she used facebook platform to her business, Ginball Digital Marketing.
Everyone or any companies the small or the large are on the internet and like what written above today the customer makes a difference because she/he smart or the buyers are smart to decide where and when they should sell. The difficult part of all this is the companies will afford to become more creative, updating and think out of the box to attract customers attention. So all the business need to determine their audience to know how will understand them and also need a digital marketing to maximize their profit.
What are you waiting for, discover the word by digital marketing
Did you ever think how much we connect to each other, even if we silent?
This blog will explain that when you watch television or listen to the radio and the body language even your clothes is contact the people around you because of the communication no depend on one type.
What communication management means?
is one part of the control and the main element of project management .so the communication management will save your project life cycle when your staff sharing the information across whole apartments from downward and upward of your organization.
“corporate communication domain develops a large interest in the scientific community as well as business practices, especially in the last 40 years, due to global changes in the world business environment. Many specialists do agree upon the fact that exists a great influence of the corporate management communication over the organization performance. That is the reason why it is a big try in getting the interest of the top management for the corporate communication, even that, sometimes, the communication specialists are having the problem of justifying their role and value within the company. The recent economic crises have affected the jobs related to the PR and communication not only by cutting down the budgets but also by cutting down the job positions (Moreno et al 2010)”.
there are so many different types of communication management and like what I write at the beginning we communicate even when we silent, that is mean the first type is Non-Verbal Communication: which include body language this so useful way to deliver your information to your staff or anybody you talk to. it is unspoken communication facial expressions, signal that you use it like wave, sound tone, and hand movement every motion you do will lead to better understand and the opposite if you do not.
second is the verbal communication in a simple word is about talking and when we talk about verbal we mean the direct connection with others .if you ask what the main problem the companies face all the time will answer you is misunderstood, this because of the poor communication and actually, this will lead us to many problems it becomes such as, absences and efficient work .
as reported in the Pulse study, high-performing organizations put 14 times fewer dollars at risk. These findings suggest that low performers can clearly benefit from improving their communications practices, as improvements will enable them to realize more successful projects and fewer dollars at risk
Did you get the benefit of communication yet?
well, I ask my graduate friends about getting a job some of them they found it quickly and on another hand some of them they not and the secret of this is ‘communicate’ when you make benefit from your social network that will help you to improve and know someone to learn from.so to get any chance you should improve your Communication skills .
so after all that, there are some benefits of efficient contact :
• strong relationship.
• healthy work environment
• get things done without the complex way or wasting your time.
• lead you to success.
• satisfy the customer, because your staff is confident that will reflect your customer.
• faster to make your goals.

when I think of this two words it comes to my mind that any person who works to improve their society by correcting they’re the wrong thoughts, solving social problems such as poverty, a lack of education and famine.
But What is a social entrepreneur(1)?
Social entrepreneurs are individuals who try to tackle society’s most pressing problems and attempt to drive social innovation in fields such as healthcare, agriculture, education, environment, and human rights, using new approaches and products and more rigorous applications of known technologies or strategies. The way they pursue these goals is what makes them distinctive. Similar to a business entrepreneur, a social entrepreneur operates with entrepreneurial determination and business methods to create financially-sustainable organizations that often have an income-generating stream built into the business model. A couple of keywords that are applicable to social entrepreneurs are Innovation, Sustainability, Reach and Social Impact.
Social enterprises are often confused with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). However, the main difference here is the revenue model. Whereas NGOs rely primarily on charitable contributions and public funding, social enterprises aim to generate enough revenue to sustain themselves financially; they have a steady stream of income, take out loans or grants, search for investors, form partnerships and more.
The business approach is just one among many ways to create social value. Therefore, NGOs and social enterprises complement each other, rather than stand in each other’s way.
Different schools of social enterprise (2):
Social enterprise emerged, approximatively, at the same period of time on both sides of the Atlantic, although without any connection between them until the mid-2000s (Defourny, Nyssens, 2010). In the US, the Social Enterprise Initiative was launched in 1993 by the Harvard Business School, followed by large universities and foundations that developed support programmes to social entrepreneurs. Various entrepreneurial initiatives with a social mission emerged in the US in the 1980s, mainly within the nonprofit sector but it was not until the 1990s that they were put together within the concept of “social entrepreneurship”. In Europe, its emergence is associated with the development of social cooperatives in Italy, recognized by a specific law in 1991, and with the work of the EMES (Emergence des Entreprises Sociales) European Research Network during the 1990s.
Since then, the notion of social enterprise has been developed by different schools that are usually separated into two groups by scholars, although not all works on social entrepreneurship can be fitted exclusively within one of the schools (Borzaga, Defourny, 2001; Dees, Anderson, 2006; Defourny, Nyssens, 2010). We build the following description of these two schools upon the work done by Defourny and Nyssens (2010).
History(1):
Social entrepreneurship is a relatively new term, but the underlying concept can be traced back much earlier. Before the term social entrepreneurship was coined, there were already many entrepreneurs who worked for children’s rights, women’s empowerment, socio-economic development, environmental issues and more. Two noteworthy entrepreneurs who established social ventures as early as the 19th century are Robert Owen (1771-1858), the founder of the cooperative movement and Florence Nightingale (1820-1910), who founded the first nursing school and developed various modern nursing practices.
The term “social entrepreneurship” has been tossed around since the 1960s, but it is thanks to 2006 Nobel Prize winner Muhammed Yunus that it has gained its place in the spotlight. In 1976, Yunus founded the Grameen Bank, an institution in Bangladesh that provides microcredit loans to low-income earners to encourage economic growth at the grassroots level and foster financial self-sufficiency. Yunus’ Nobel Prize-winning enterprise has proven to be hugely successful and helped a great deal in bringing social ventures to the fore.
Nowadays, the concept of social entrepreneurship is widely used and supported. Organisations such as the Skoll Foundation, the Schwab Foundation, Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, Echoing Green and Omidyar Network were established to enhance and encourage social entrepreneurship. These organizations identify, highlight and (financially) support social enterprises all over the world, creating networks in which social entrepreneurs can exchange insights, strategies, form partnerships and learn how to improve their ventures.

What will you gain from social entrepreneurship(3)?
“Since social enterprises do not work typically the way corporate setups or private firms work, they offer a flexible working environment which is as per the liking of many people groups. This employment may be both short-term and long-term in nature or it may especially be targeted to a specific workgroup or a geographic community or to people with disabilities. Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA), for example, offers various kinds of assistance to self-employed poor women.
There are advantages for social entrepreneurs such as:
1- Easier to raise capitle.
2- Marketing and Promotion soo easy it depends on the degree of uniqueness of solutions.
